 - Try replacing the USB cable. (Use a genuine cable if possible. A cable capable of data communication must be used.)

 - If you are using a desktop, connect the USB cable to the rear port.

 - If using a USB hub, connect to a USB hub with external power.


If an error occurs on your PC or tablet

 - Reboot your PC. (Please use “Restart” in Shutdown Options.)

 - Reboot iPad (Settings - General - Shut Down - Restart iPad after this)



Conflict with iTunes on PC

If you installed iTunes through the Microsoft store, the connection may fail.

 - After deleting iTunes and the app, please reinstall the app.

 - If you need to use iTunes, please use iTunes for Windows.

I can't connect wirelessly on iOS14.

From iOS14, 'Local Network' has been added.
Because of this, a pop-up asking whether to allow 'Local Network' is displayed when running EasyCanvas,
and you have to click 'OK' to use wireless connection.

"You must enable the developer mode, and set the USB debugging options.

Solution


You must change the USB debugging option to Active in Developer Options.
If you cannot see 'Developer Options' in your device's settings, tap the 'Build Number' option more than 7 times to turn on Developer Options.

- Android 9 or later: Settings > About Phone > Build Number
- Android 8.0: Settings > System > About Phone > Build Number
- Android 7.1 and lower: Settings > About Phone > Build Number

At this time, if you click Deny, the Apple Pencil cannot be used in EasyCanvas.
