I can't connect.
Most of the connection failure errors are resolved when reconnecting after reinstalling the PC program.
1. Uninstall existing program → 2. Install a PC program → 3. Restart
1. Delete existing program1) Exit PC program
2) [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program] - Uninstall EasyCanvas Pro
2. Install a PC program- Download a PC program from the homepage and install it.
3. Restart- Restart after finishing the PC program installation.
If the above ways do not work, please attach a log and contact us through the support page.
