I can't connect.

Most of the connection failure errors are resolved when reconnecting after reinstalling the PC program.


▶ Resolution
1. Uninstall existing program → 2. Install a PC program → 3. Restart

1. Delete existing program
 1) Exit PC program

 2) [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program] - Uninstall EasyCanvas Pro

2. Install a PC program
 - Download a PC program from the homepage and install it.

3. Restart
 - Restart after finishing the PC program installation.
