Problems

You cannot connect your Android device into your PC via USB cable.

Causes

This problem can be caused by
 -NOT running Twomon PC Program
 -NOT installing ADB driver properly
 -NOT allowing USB debugging on your Android device
 -NOT working ADB interface

Solutions


Run Twomon PC Program on your PC
 Please make sure Twomon PC Program is running on your PC.

Install ADB driver
 [Windows]
 In order to communicate with Android devices, ADB drivers must be installed on your PC.
 Please, Download and install proper ADB drivers provided by the manufacturer.
 - Samsung
 - LG
 - Google

 [Mac]
 Are you a Mac user? you don't need to install ADB driver. Please check out the next solutions.

Allow USB debugging or Revoke USB debugging authorizations in Android
[Android]
 This is what allows your device to communicate over the USB port on your PC via the ADB.
 You need to enable USB debugging to connect TwomonUSB.

 ※ How to enable Developer options on your Android device
  1. Find the Android Build number in Settings (Settings > About device or Software information > Build number)
  2. Tap on the Build number section for about 10 times to enable Developer options.
  3. Enable USB debugging from Settings > System or General > Developer options then connect the device into your PC via USB cable.

 If you have denied USB debugging at least once, you can revoke USB debugging authorizations.

Check ADB interface's status
 Please check if the ADB is working properly with the device in your PC.

[Windows]
 1. Enable USB debugging on your Android device from Settings > System > Developer options then connect the device into your PC via USB cable.
 2. On the Start menu (Windows), click Run or press the 'Windows key + R'.
 3. In the Run dialog box, enter 'cmd' to open the command prompt.
 4. Go to Twomon PC Program folder.
 5. Type 'adb devices' into the command prompt windows.

[Mac]
 1. Enable USB debugging on your Android device from Settings > System > Developer options then connect the device into your PC via USB cable.
 2. Open the Activity Monitor.app after the Twomon PC Program.app is running.
 3. Double-click the 'adb' process then click the Open Files and Ports tab.
 4. Copy the path where the adb is located in.

 5. Open the Terminal.app
 6. Paste the path in double quotes and type devices with a blank.

 If you received the message above the screen,
 -a 'device' message pops up, it means devices are attached to your PC.
 -a 'unauthorized' message pops up, it means you didn't authorize USB debugging on your PC.
 -a 'offline' message pops up, it means the device is connected but can NOT communicate with. Please turn off and on your device or change other USB cable then try it again.

Change another USB cable or USB port to connect.
[Windows/Mac]
 Some devices may cause the hardware compatibility issues,if not connected well, just in case,
 you can connect TwomonUSB by changing other USB ports or a USB hub with an external power supply.

 maybe the reason why disconnected is because the USB port you connect cannot give the power to your device.
